Asda Foundation - Empowering Local Communities Grant
Grants are available to community groups in the UK to support a broad range of activities which can contribute towards transforming their community and improving the lives of people in their community. 
Grant available: £ 1,500
Objectives of Fund: The purpose of the programme is to support projects and activities which are important to a community which benefit local people.  The programme is designed to support projects under four themes:

Building Resilient Communities.
Active Lives.
Seasonal Celebrations & Festivals.

Leading Healthier Lives.

Groups may apply for one Empowering Local Communities grant per year.
The following criteria apply:

Group must have a presence in and benefit the local community and be not for profit.

Any equipment funded is the property of the group and is not for individual use.

End beneficiaries must be community groups of people.

There is no minimum timescale for how long the group has been in existence.
How to Apply: The closing date for Round 3 applications is 11th November 2022.  Activities must start or take place before 31st January 2023.
